UPDATE: Where I've been, Hair Loss, Social Media

Hey Luvs!

I know you guys are like "Where the heck have you been?" And I know...

So, I've been kinda dealing with something very personal and dear to me for awhile now, and I really couldn't find myself posting on social media as much.

Recently, I lost a friend very close to me, and it was bothering me for some time. It happened so sudden, and I started reflecting more on life and death. She was a childhood friend, and she really was like a sister to me. I was devastated..

So I felt like I needed to take a break from social media for awhile so that I can really recover.

It hurt me a lot. And it's one of those things where GOD just has to see you through!

I couldn't find myself posting and pretending to be happy, when I knew I wasn't. It was hard getting over it, but I realized that prayer is the best and only way to help me feel more like myself again.

On top of that, I was also dealing with hair loss, shedding, and breakage. I've been maintaining my hair by washing it and keeping it tucked away. But having this also happen to me, made me feel worse...

This was about a month ago... and yes, these are ...bald spots! smh

The causes of my shedding and hair loss, was an imbalance of my hormones and stress.

It's really personal for me to share something like this, but I hope you guys understand!

I just wanted you guys to see what was going on for everyone inquiring about me.

I am doing better, and I'm starting to feel like myself again! I know a lot of people deal with loss differently, but that's just my way I guess!

So, I will be starting hair vitamins soon, to aid in my recovery, and I'm really excited that I'll be able to share the results with you!

I missed you guys! This experience has really helped me grow, and become better at understanding life, and all it has to offer! God made me a better and stronger person, and I'm forever grateful!<3

Live Life to the fullest!

Love you guys! <3

  3. It depends on lifestyle, your expectations, and the trade-offs you're willing to accept. In other words, whether or not to wear a wig is an intensely personal decision. har vokse independent review
